A new Vietnamese spot has opened for business in the neighborhood. The fresh addition, called Not Just Pho, is located at 316 E. Pipeline Road.
Of course this spot serves phở, but, as advertised, there's more to the menu, including bahn mi sandwiches, fried rice dishes, vermicelli bowls and spring rolls. On the drink menu, boba tea and Vietnamese coffee are popular choices. (See your options here.)
Not Just Pho has already attracted fans thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of 14 reviews on Yelp.
Danitrice T., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on Dec. 7, wrote, "I saw this place on my way home and decided to stop in. It was their third day open. You are greeted soon after you enter. The atmosphere is spacious and quaint. ... I ordered phở with chicken and steak spring rolls. I had a strawberry lemonade."
Yelper Camille A. added, “New place! I stopped in tonight to have a quick bite. ... Food is amazing! Owner and employees truly care about their customers. Very great atmosphere and restaurant is so clean! The portion size is great! Prices are pretty great too!”
