A new tobacco and cigar shop has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The new arrival to North Mountain, called Embargo Cigar Lounge, is located at 8341 N. Seventh St.
The Cuban-themed cigar shop offers a variety of boutique and mainstream brands. A private courtyard and lounge are also available for customers to kick their feet up and have a smoke.
With a five-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp so far, the new tobacco shop has already made a good impression.
John D., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Dec. 13, wrote, "The interior is really nice with very comfortable seating and a fresh air return system that leaves your clothes smelling fresh. ... Friendly staff and a smokin' selection of sticks make this a great destination."
And H S. wrote, "Great lounge with an amazing selection of boutique cigars. Embargo has a warm, inviting lounge with extremely comfortable chairs. Their amazing ventilation system keeps the lounge smoke free."
