A new Vietnamese spot has opened for business in the neighborhood. The fresh addition to Colonial Village, called Saigon Noodles & Grill, is located in the former Bistro 360 space at 1800 Wilson Blvd.

The sit-down restaurant features an extensive selection of Vietnamese classics. Expect more than a dozen styles of phở, featuring various cuts of beef, tripe, chicken and seafood. Banh mi is also here, as are stir fried rice dishes, vermicelli and egg noodle dishes, and items from the grill, from ground pork to shrimp.

Vegetarians will appreciate the tofu and vegetable options highlighted on the menu for easy decision making.

So far, the newcomer has gotten an enthusiastic response, with a 4-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp.

SJ P., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Jan. 14, wrote, "The banh mi bread was nice and crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside. The Saigon combo vermicelli soup was a good dish overall, though a bit light."

Yelper Gizmo Live S. added, “Saigon Noodles is a great addition to the neighborhood, and I'm glad to see the menu has a variety of Vietnamese dishes, including some vegetarian options. The decor is muted but above what you see in a typical phở restaurant.”

Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. Saigon Noodles & Grill is open from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. daily.
