In search of a new favorite Vietnamese spot?

Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the top Vietnamese spots around Cincinnati, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of where to fill the bill.

1. Pho Lang Thang

Topping the list is Pho Lang Thang. Located at 114 W. Elder St. in Over-the-Rhine, the Vietnamese, vegan and vegetarian spot is the highest rated restaurant of its kind in Cincinnati, boasting four stars out of 512 reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Sai Krishna D. said, "This is probably the best Vietnamese place in the entire Dayton and Cincinnati area. They have amazing food! They have long wait times and I recommend getting yourself a reservation before even visiting the place."

2. Le's Pho and Sandwiches

Next up is Central Business District's Le's Pho and Sandwiches, situated at 3 E. Court St. With 4.5 stars out of 140 reviews on Yelp, the cafe and Vietnamese spot, serving banh mi sandwiches and more, has proven to be a local favorite.

Jarrod S., who reviewed it on Nov. 16, wrote, "This place gets me every time! Great food and amazing prices! The phở portions are quite large, so bring your appetite!"

3. Cilantro Vietnamese Bistro

CUF's Cilantro Vietnamese Bistro, located at 235 W. McMillan Ave., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the Vietnamese spot four stars out of 234 reviews.

Tom S. said, "This is one of my favorite places to eat. Their fried pork roll is magical, get more than one of them. The noodle bowls are delicious, a nice light dish with a lot of flavor."

4. Saigon Subs and Rolls

Saigon Subs and Rolls, a Vietnamese spot in Central Business District, is another much-loved go-to, with 4.5 stars out of 56 Yelp reviews. Head over to 151 W. Fourth St. to see for yourself.

Stephanie M., who reviewed it on Jan. 2, wrote, "Hands down my favorite lunch spot in the city. The menu is simple, the owners are great and the food is consistently good whether you dine in or choose carry out. "

5. Song Long

Finally, over in Roselawn, check out Song Long, which has earned four stars out of 113 reviews on Yelp. You can find the Vietnamese spot at 1737 Section Road.

Yelper Angela S. said, "I love the food here. The flavors are fantastic. This is a family owned and run restaurant and they treat everyone like family. Try anything on the menu and you won't be disappointed."
