Craving burgers? You're in luck: a new business has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The new arrival to the Cambrian Park, called Burgerim, is located at 1601 Branham Lane, Suite 10.
This Israel-based chain, which got its start in 2008, has been rapidly expanding its footprint in recent years. Since 2015, the burger joint has opened more than 50 California outposts with more on the way, according to its website.
It's signature menu item is a 3-ounce slider, which you can customize by choosing from three types of buns, six house sauces, nine toppings and 11 different types of patties. Expect options like Wagyu beef, chicken breast, salmon and falafel, among others.
Signature burgers are also on offer, such as the Cowboy with cheddar, bacon, onion rings and barbecue sauce; or the California with Swiss cheese, mixed greens, avocado and chipotle mayo.
In addition to the burgers, anticipate a selection of starters like chicken wings, crispy chicken strips and salads. House-made milkshakes and fountain sodas round the menu out. (You can check out the full lineup here.)
Burgerim has gotten good reviews thus far, with a 3.5-star rating out of 33 reviews on Yelp.
Yelper Alpha S. wrote, “The lamb burger, California-style, was good. The 'fries' look like thick potato chips (or banana chips, even), but isn't crispy. It's not my preference. The staff is really nice.”
And Melissa O. wrote, "The staff was very nice, explained the menu and were quick to answer any questions and help with your order as you asked. The food was very good. The fries were circles and very good, and I loved the sweet potato fries."
Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. Burgerim is open from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. daily.
