Peet's Theatre at Berkeley Rep presents Mary Zimmerman's Tony Award-winning "Metamorphoses" on Friday. Also on Friday is a production of "HOME" from Obie Award-winning artist Geoff Sobelle and "his ensemble of actors, dancers and designers." 

"Right before your eyes, a two-story house is conjured from the shadows," write the organizers. "Residents past, present and future rollick through its rooms in an impromptu dance that defies time and space, magically transforming our mundane everyday tasks into a glorious, intimate and profound celebration."

"Transformation Festival"

Finally, the Black Repertory Group Cultural Arts Center's "Transformation Festival" takes the stage on Saturday, with gospel choirs, Sue Haines Solis' "inspiring story," Joey Piscitelli's "moving words about overcoming priestly abuse," composer Carman Moore and Danish vocalist Lotte Arnsbjerg, among others.
