CorePower Rooftop Yoga & Brunch

First, squeeze in a yoga class and then reward yourself with a delicious brunch on Saturday at HG Sply Co. The yoga session will be taught by an instructor from CorePower Yoga, while the meal is served by HG Sply Co.

Follow Your Heart Hosted by OMNoire

Then, OMNoire is hosting "Follow Your Heart" on Saturday at The Renaissance Hotel. In recognition of American Heart Health Month and March Women's History Month, the event will include a fitness session, brunch and a wellness panel featuring OMNoire founder, Christina Rice, Dr. Jessica Shepherd MD (OB/GYN), Tara Robinson (a three-time heart attack survivor and wellness educator) and Tatiana Scott (founder of Fit With Curves and a certified nutritionist).

Dr Kang's Vegan Potluck

Lastly, grab some healthy eats at Dr. Kang's Vegan Potluck, a family friendly event, on Saturday at Regal Row. Participants are asked to bring a vegan dish, either cooked yourself or picked up from a restaurant.
