Currently, the cheapest flights between Baltimore and Detroit are if you leave on May 29 and return from Michigan on May 31. Spirit Airlines currently has roundtrip tickets for $128.

Spirit Airlines also has tickets at that price point later in May. If you fly out of Baltimore on May 30 and return from Detroit on June 1, Spirit Airlines can get you there and back for $128 roundtrip.
