A new brewery has made its debut in the neighborhood. Located at 767 N. Eustis St., Suite 115 in St. Anthony, the fresh arrival is called The Lab.
The Lab offers businesses pilot brewing and laboratory services to help refine recipes, trial new ingredients and gather customer feedback from The Lab taproom. It offers a self-pour system to sample all of the brews and non-alcoholic drinks on tap. The taproom offers beer, such as ales, stouts and IPAs, hard soda, seltzers, tea, sparkling water, protein and energy drinks and children's beverages.
