Looking to chow down on some Vietnamese fare? A new modern restaurant has you covered. Called Anise, the fresh arrival is located at 865 N. Lincoln St. in the Golden Triangle District. 

This eatery serves up Vietnamese cuisine from executive chef Quyen Trinh, with menu items ranging from Hanoi-style grilled pork rice noodles to La Vong-style fish to a lemon grass noodle bowl. According to its website, everything on the menu is made in-house daily. 

Anise has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.
