Working with Anger, Burnout and Climate Anxiety
From the event description:
Hosted by activists in the Sunrise Movement, a movement led by young people making the climate crisis an urgent priority. We have noticed the strain on the mental states of those who are aware of the crises that face our world today. However, this doesn't have to be the case. There is joy and connection to be found in this space. This event is our way of bridging the gap between mindfulness practices and how they can help with climate anxiety and activist burnout in ourselves and our community.
When: Sunday, July 28, 6-8 p.m.
Where: The Center SF, 548 Fillmore St.
Admission: Free
