INCA AZTECA RESTAURANT BAR by El Taurino VIP is a new New Mexican, Peruvian and Latin American spot that's located at 95 S. Market St.

The menu has a wide variety of Peruvian dishes, like ceviche, causas, fajitas, chicken mole, enchiladas, street corn and more. There's also live Latin music Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
