"Cochon & Cornichon" is a Heritage Breed Butcher Demonstration alongside a charcuterie & wine pairing. We've teamed up with butcher Austin Howard and chef Kristi Ryan to offer an hour long butcher demo. Austin will be breaking down half the pig and discussing the importance of sourcing quality meat and using all of the animal. Chef Kristi will be presenting a wide array of hors d'oeuvres and charcuterie.

Have you ever thought about starting a faith-based ministry? Do you feel called to begin your own ministry, but don’t know where to start? Are you involved in an active ministry and looking for ways to share ideas and concerns with others doing similar work? Our two-day Replication Workshop is designed to inform, encourage and inspire people who want to start or are operating a charitable health clinic.
