We took a data-driven look at the question, using Yelp to discover which eateries have been in the limelight this month.
To find out who made the list, we looked at Phoenix businesses on Yelp by category and counted how many reviews each received. Rather than compare them based on number of reviews alone, we calculated a percentage increase in reviews over the past month, and tracked businesses that consistently increased their volume of reviews to identify statistically significant outliers compared to past performance.

Wow Wow Lemonade Happy Valley
Open since March, this coffee and tea business, which also offers acai bowls, juice, smoothies and more, is trending compared to other businesses categorized as "Coffee & Tea" on Yelp.
Citywide, coffee and tea spots saw a median 2.1 percent increase in new reviews over the past month, but Wow Wow Lemonade Happy Valley saw a 52.2 percent increase, with a slight downward trend from a five-star rating a month ago to 4.5 stars today. Moreover, on a month-to-month basis, Wow Wow Lemonade Happy Valley's review count increased by more than 150 percent.
Located at 3890 W. Happy Valley Road, Suite 167 in Deer Valley, Wow Wow Lemonade Happy Valley offers a variety of lemonades, acai bowls and other health-centric fares.
Hush Public House
Whether or not you've been hearing buzz about Paradise Valley's Hush Public House, the popular cocktail bar and New American spot is a hot topic according to Yelp review data.
While businesses categorized as "American (New)" on Yelp saw a median 1.6 percent increase in new reviews over the past month, Hush Public House bagged an 18.2 percent increase in new reviews within that timeframe, maintaining an excellent five-star rating.

Cocina Madrigal
