If bagels are what you're after, look no further than this new business. The new arrival to Central Business District, called Rubinstein Bagels, is located at Union Street, Floor 2.

Rubinstein Bagels specializes in freshly made bagels. According to the business' Facebook page the bagels are hand-rolled, fermented and boiled in lye, then baked on a stone hearth.

In addition to a myriad of traditional bagels, the menu features breakfast sandwiches, challah and bagels in experiemental flavors like curry with mango chutney, according to Eater Seattle.

With a four-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp so far, Rubinstein Bagels is getting solid feedback from clientele.

Rick S., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on August 29, wrote, "Bagels are nice and chewy, and the schmears are top-notch. The smell of fresh garlic was something that sets these apart from other bagel places in the area."

Yelper Sarah T. added, “Their bagels and homemade schmears are delicious. I went with plain with garlic and herb cream cheese. Seattle has very few bagel options and this spot definitely ranks at the top."

Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Rubinstein Bagels is open from 6 a.m.–4 p.m. on weekdays. (It's closed on weekends.).
