Both were perfectly smoked, tender and in good quantity for a single diner, and the sauces ranged from sweet to tangy to spicy."
Yelper Yolanda H. added, “The St Louis-style ribs (pork) were phenomenal. The best ribs I've had all year. No sauce needed."
