Zaboo, degu

Zaboo is a charming male Degu being cared for at MN Pocket Pet Rescue.

His current caretakers say:

Estimated birth date: Jan. 1, 2014. Personality: inquisitive, friendly toward humans and other animals, chatty, playful and energetic and readily lets you pick him up. Favorite treats: sunflower nuts. Favorite toys and activities: running on a wheel, chewing on wood, eating, and hanging out with his brother Vork (see next item). Other notes: Zaboo is a friendly and very chatty degu that you can easily scoop up. He will eagerly greet you and very gently eat treats from your palm or take from between your fingers.

Vork, degu

Vork is a male degu in the care of MN Pocket Pet Rescue.

He is vaccinated.

Vork's current caretakers say:

Estimated birth date: Jan. 1, 2014. Personality: inquisitive, friendly toward humans and other animals, chatty, playful and energetic. Favorite treats: sunflower nuts. Favorite toys and activities: running on a wheel, chewing on wood, eating, and hanging out with his brother, Zaboo (see item above). Other notes: Vork is a very chatty degu that takes a little bit longer to warm up to you than his brother, but with patience he'll literally be (gently) eating out of the palm of your hand in no time.

Maisy, bunny rabbit

Maisy is a winsome female bunny rabbit currently housed at MN Pocket Pet Rescue.

She has been vaccinated and is litter-box trained.

Maisy's current caretakers say:

Estimated birth date: May 16, 2012. Personality: inquisitive, friendly toward humans and other animals, playful, energetic and sweet. Favorite treats: Oxbow baked treats, yogi drops. Favorite toys and activities: bags or paper tubes with hay in them and fleece. Health concerns: Maisy is believed to be partially blind from her previous vet records provided by her surrenderer. Our vet and our volunteers do not see much evidence of this; we're pretty sure she can see at least light sources and possibly fuzzy objects, but does struggle every once in a while. She gets around new places with ease and is very curious and sweet.

Apply to adopt Maisy today at Petfinder.

Maui, Chinchilla

Maui is a male Chinchilla currently residing at MN Pocket Pet Rescue.

He has had all his shots.

Notes from Maui's caretakers:

Estimated birth date: July 24, 2017. Personality: inquisitive, friendly toward humans, playful, sweet, and not the first one to explore, but as soon as the coast is clear, comes out. Other notes: Maui is a sweet chinchilla who loves chewing bark off wood chews, floor time and spending time with his BFF, Hei Hei. Maui is good with both kids and adults.
