Open since 2015, PEAK Performance Training is Baltimore's favorite strength training gym by the numbers, with 4.9 stars out of 3,047 reviews on ClassPass, five stars out of 12 reviews on Yelp and 1,306 fans on Facebook.

"During a PEAK Training Session, your heart rate will be elevated through cardio interval exercising and functional strength training," states its ClassPass profile.
