Kroger on the Rhine is a new spin on the classic version of the grocery store chain. The spot offers traditional grocery items, as well as sandwiches, baked goods and more. The new Kroger also features a barbecue restaurant, a taco spot and a cocktail bar with outdoor seating.
With a five-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp so far, Kroger on the Rhine is developing a local fan base.
Shawn F., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on September 25, wrote, "The first floor is your traditional Kroger, just a lot more slick. All the typical grocery essentials can be found here, along with items useful to shoppers on the go. The second floor is much more interesting. There are a variety of breakfast and lunch options. Overall, this is a VERY welcome addition to downtown."
Yelper Melissa L. added, “Love that we can have drinks and eat on the rooftop! The rooftop is family-friendly, and the food selection is amazing.”
