The Giving Tree Cafe features organic, vegetarian and gluten free fare. The all-day breakfast menu includes waffles, made with buckwheat, avocado toast and a quiche with eggs, broccoli, cheddar cheese and almond crust.
For lunch or dinner, you can choose from the mushroom mole tacos, on grain free tortillas with guacamole and pico de gallo and a buddha bowl, which contains roasted maple acorn squash, cauliflower, shishito peppers, Brussels sprouts and Bangkok sauce.
The newcomer has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of 15 reviews on Yelp.
Kris L., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Oct. 19, wrote, "I had the broccoli quiche, which was incredibly filling due to the almond crust. It was very good."
