New Italian spot Carrello debuts in Capitol HillPhoto: Jen C./Yelp

Looking for some Italian fare? A new restaurant has you covered. The fresh arrival to Capitol Hill, called Carrello, is located at 622 Broadway East.

The restaurant rolls carts with antipasti, salumi, rabbit meatballs, chilled clams and more past customers' tables. Diners may compile a light meal from the carts or choose from such menu options as gnocchi with lamb and beef ragu and homemade pasta with duck, pheasant and pork.

With a 4.5-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp so far, the fresh arrival seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Lisa J., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Oct. 4, wrote, "We had the tastes of clams, tuna, bread and the sea bass. Each morsel was carefully prepared, and we knew that we had discovered a new neighborhood favorite."

And Justin K. wrote, "Our server recommended gnocchi and pasta with boar, mushroom and smoked ricotta, and they were so good. The grilled octopus and regular prosciutto were amazing."

Carrello is open for dinner from 5 p.m. on Tuesday-Saturday.
