Peaches is a big girl. She weighs 102 lbs. and she loves treats and giving her paw to shake. She came to us with six puppies that she had in a abandoned house. Her owners left the neighborhood and were cruel enough to leave Peaches on her own loose on the streets. She is not good with cats, well she hates them, or raccoons or possums of really any other animal like that. She loves people and is very sweet. Just because of her size, she would Be best with kids 12 and up.

More about Sally:

I was found wandering the roads with my Shepherd friend. We had been looking all over for food and couldn't find any. I saw this person sit down with his dogs and that dog looked so happy, he was getting plenty of water, treats, and love from his owner. I picked up my head and the man saw me and called out to me, but I got scared. I was really nervous but then he took out something that smelled so good I could not resist it. I went over and gobbled it right up. He kept producing this yummy food all the way to his house where we went inside. We were out of the heat and he fed my shepherd friend and I both our first good meal in weeks. We are hanging out here until we find our forever homes!I

Paisley, Labrador retriever and American Staffordshire terrier mix

Paisley is a female Labrador retriever and American Staffordshire terrier mix being cared for at Streetdog Foundation.

Paisley is patient, and she plays well with kids. She already has had all of her shots, and she's spayed. She is already house-trained.

Notes from Paisley's caretakers:

Paisley needs a foster! Once Paisley's puppies are weaned she'll be ready to go to a foster home. Paisley had a collar badly embedded in her neck so we rushed her to the doctor to get that taken care of. Then we rushed her back out because she was nursing and we knew she had babies out there! Paisley had given birth to her babies in another location and for whatever reason determined that it wasn’t right for them. The neighbors witnessed her put them all on a blanket and move the entire family together to under the house! So, under the house is where all her babies were and she crawled right down there and began nursing them. Once they were all fed, our volunteers pulled away siding on the house to bring them to safety.
