Topping the list is Chase the Taste. Located at 10771 Gateway Blvd. South, Suite N107, in North Hills, the New American joint, which serves burgers and more, is the highest-rated cheap burger destination in El Paso, boasting 4.5 stars out of 131 reviews on Yelp.
