Topping the list is The Avocado Cafe. Located at 1021 E. Missouri Ave. in Houston Park, the cafe and vintage consignment shop, which offers coffee, tea, used clothing and more, is the highest-rated inexpensive cafe in El Paso, boasting five stars out of 49 reviews on Yelp.

The site can tell you a thing or two more about The Avocado Cafe.

"In the summer of 2015, we decided to find a storefront for our online vintage clothing store," reads the history section of the business' Yelp profile. "Having been baristas around town for several years, we figured we should combine the vintage side with a full gourmet coffee menu. And, since we were already called The Avocado, we added hot sandwiches to the menu, complete with a side of chips and a whole avocado."

2. Caffe Fioretti
