A new bar has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Located at 1060 S. Broadway in The Hoxton in Downtown, the fresh addition is called Pilot.
Pilot offers handcrafted cocktails, wine and beer, along with appetizers, pasta and entrees. Menu items include charred eggplant dip, oysters, cacio e pepe and wood-grilled branzino.
The newcomer has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp.
