Yelper Jay K. added, “...[The Spicy Chicken Miso]... was loaded with chicken and chashu... The protein to noodle to soup ratio was sublime. The soup was exceptionally rich and tasty. There's a sure difference in quality and technique when it comes to making ramen and these guys hit the nail on the head. Not overly salty and had all the flavor perfectly there.”
