Are you looking for a high energy jogging or walking partner? This gal could be just what your looking for. She has lots of energy and is super smart. She has gone through our working veterans program and passed her Canine Good Citizen. She is excellent with people and other pets, she has been known to chase a cat or two but also has lived with cats successfully. She looks like a shepherd but is actually Australian Kelpie mix. She loves the beach, swimming and getting crazy at the dog park. She is crate trained, house trained and has basic obedience.

This guy is a super handsome fella. He is in our Veterans working program and has been doing super well on his training. He is an active dog, he would be ideal for a family that likes to hike, walk, jog or have multiple people in the household who can get him out multiple times a day for exercise. He is also super lovable. He is a good listener for a husky and is very treat-motivated for training. He knows some basic commands already and is crate and house-trained. He has no children restrictions as well.

A few seconds with me and you will be wooed with my charming smile and affection. I love to cuddle up on a recliner with you and when you go to bed, I will climb in with you, find my spot and stay there all night. I’m a very good sleeper. If you are not there, I will happily make myself comfortable in your bed. I am very good with all the other dogs I meet, young old, big, small. I am a young dog and I need exercise.

Charm is an 8 year old, 7.5 lb Isabella grey dachshund. If you didn’t notice in the pictures, she is unique as she is completely hairless.There is absolutely nothing wrong with her, but this happens occasionally to dogs with her coloring due to a genetic inherited condition. This tiny girl had never been to the vet or had regular care but is now current on her shots and care. She is good with cats and people. However, due to her small size she would do best around older dog-savvy children. She likes to meet new humans and would love nothing more than to spend her golden years as a lap dog.

Porsha came to us from a hoarding case. Until a couple months ago, she lived outside her entire life. She is a Velcro dog. She wants to be wherever you are and will happily snuggle your lap if you sit down. She does have separation anxiety, as do many dogs from hoarding cases. Through it all, she is a sweet, sweet dog. She does fine in a crate, but she may mess in it if not taken out before hand. Because she has lived outside her whole life, potty training is new to her and she will need a patient and experienced owner to teach her when to go outside. Since she is a hairless dog, she will need a family that understands that taking care of her skin is important, almost as important as the cute sweaters she will need to be in all the time in the winter.
