1. SnoWhat Snoballs

Topping the list is SnoWhat Snoballs. Located at 3801 Poplar Level Road in Poplar Level, the food stand and food truck, which offers shaved ice and more, is the highest-rated budget-friendly food truck in Louisville, boasting five stars out of 61 reviews on Yelp.

Central Business District's Germany's #1 Food, located at 101 S. Fifth St., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the low-priced food truck and German and Turkish spot five stars out of 21 reviews.
