New New American spot Fia Restaurant debuts in Buckhead ForestPhoto: Fia Restaurant/Yelp

A new New American spot, offering seafood and more, has made its debut in the neighborhood. Located at 3600 Piedmont Road NE in The Burgess Hotel in Buckhead Forest, the new addition is called the Fia Restaurant.

This spot serves up a bevy of seafood dishes including Maine mussels and Faroe Island salmon. Also, look for a petite filet and ribeye cooked on the wood-fired grill. Take a gander at the full menu here.

With a five-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp so far, Fia Restaurant has already made a good impression.

Rachel B., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Dec. 14, wrote, "We started with the octopus, pork belly and tuna tartare. They were all super flavorful!"

Yelper Leslie C. added, “We picked this hotel on a whim and couldn't be happier. Every dish was fantastic! Try the octopus, pork belly, duck and especially the cauliflower steak with saffron risotto.”

Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. Fia Restaurant is open from 6 a.m.–10 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 6 a.m.–11 p.m. on Friday, 7 a.m.–11 p.m. on Saturday and 7 a.m.–10 p.m. on Sunday.
