The restaurant, a member of a regional chain, features bowls, burritos, salads, tacos and quesadillas made with organic produce, hormone-free meat and sustainable seafood.
The menu also features a variety of desserts, including sweet corn tamales, churro waffle bites and fruit bowls.
With a 4.5-star rating out of 19 reviews on Yelp so far, the new addition has already made a good impression.
Michelle H., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Dec. 30, wrote, "I really enjoyed this restaurant. They offer a bunch of teas and mixed lemonades as well, which all seem to be decent flavors. I tried the strawberry basil and it wasn't too sweet, which was perfect. All in all, a good lunch staple."
And Michael B. added, "Pretty cool. It's stand-in-line to order and then they bring it to your table. The decor is certainly sparkling and refreshing. They should do well with their twist on Mexican cuisine."
