A new sushi bar and Hawaiian spot, offering poke and more, has opened for business in the neighborhood. Located at 9 S. Tejon St. in downtown Colorado Springs, the new arrival is called Poke Bop.

The restaurant offers a variety of poke bowls, with options of ahi tuna, salmon, chicken, shrimp and scallops and tofu. Bubble teas are also on offer.

With a four-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp so far, the fresh arrival has made a promising start.

And Allan T. wrote, "Very good service and great poke. All ingredients were very fresh and tasty."
