Avocadamama serves up a slew of gourmet vegan macaroni — on the menu, look for chicken and waffle mac, barbecue jackfruit mac and taco jalapeno mac. There's also breakfast nachos topped with tofu, black beans, bacon and avocado.
The new food truck has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.
