Elsa, chihuahua mix

Elsa is a lovable female chihuahua mix currently housed at Animal Allies Rescue Foundation (AARF).

Elsa is a social butterfly — she's happy to keep company with other dogs, cats and kids. She's been vaccinated and spayed. Elsa has mastered her house-training etiquette.

Elsa's current caretakers say:

Elsa is originally from Texas, so she's never seen snow and ice. Maryland feels a little chilly to her, but she's happy if she has a blanket to burrow in. When Elsa arrived in Maryland, we found she was heartworm-positive. She was immediately treated, and the vet believes she will be just fine. Elsa does need to get plenty of rest for a few more weeks, though, and that's okay with her as she enjoys relaxing in her doggy bed.

Hemi, German shepherd

Hemi is a charming male German shepherd dog currently housed at All Shepherd Rescue.

Hemi has already been neutered. He's already house-trained.

Here's what Hemi's friends at All Shepherd Rescue think of him:

Hemi was found as a stray running with another German shepherd, but even though both dogs were friendly and approachable, no one ever came for them. Hemi is new to us, and we are learning about him, but so far we know he is energetic, friendly and sweet!

Rosie, mixed breed

Rosie is a female mixed breed dog currently housed at Wings of Love, Kuwait.

Rosie will do best with an owner who has time to bond with her. She will need a home free of other dogs, cats and children. Rosie is already house-trained and spayed.

Notes from Rosie's caretakers:

Rosie is a very sweet girl who loves to just hang out on the deck of her foster mom’s home and listen to the birds. She enjoys going for long walks and does very well on a leash. Rosie can be a little shy when she first meets you, but once she warms up to you, she is a wonderful companion. She loves her squeak toys and going for car rides.

Roxy, American Staffordshire terrier and pit bull terrier mix

Roxy is a female American Staffordshire terrier and pit bull terrier mix staying at Adopt a Homeless Animal Rescue.

Roxy will get along great with other dogs. She is looking for a cat-free family. Roxy is spayed.

Here's what Roxy's friends at Adopt a Homeless Animal Rescue think of her:

Roxy is a sweet girl who is very affectionate. She just loves anyone she meets. She takes treats very gently and is an amazing walker. Roxy is playful, energetic and loves to make best friends with people and animals.
