1. Octane Westside

Topping the list is Octane Westside. Located at 1009 Marietta St. NW in Marietta Street Artery, the cocktail bar and cafe, which offers coffee, tea and more, is the highest-rated low-priced cafe in Atlanta, boasting four stars out of 707 reviews on Yelp.
