If you've got African on the mind, a recent opening is need-to-know. Called Kabba’s Kitchen, the new addition is located at 3625 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. in Boise.

Kabba’s Kitchen serves up authentic West African food, including an assortment of Senegalese and Gambian dishes. The menu features meat pies, egg rolls and hot wings, as well as specialty ginger and hibiscus drinks.

With a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp so far, the new food truck has been warmly received by patrons.

Yelper Jonah Z. added, “So good! Yassa chicken, Dibi and the meat pies are probably the standouts that I've had so far, though everything has been great.”

And Suzanne C. wrote, "This place is authentically tasty. The owner is super friendly."

Head on over to check it out: Kabba’s Kitchen is open from 11 a.m.–6 p.m. on Monday-Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
