New Thai spot Kin Dee debuts in The HeightsPhoto: Warattayar S./Yelp

A new Thai spot, offering noodles and more, has made its debut in the neighborhood. Located at 1533 N. Shepherd Drive, Suite 160, in the Heights, the new addition is called Kin Dee.

According to the business' website, Kin Dee is "focused on made-from-scratch, authentic and primarily noodle-based dishes, native cuisine exactly like it’s served in Thailand."

On the menu, expect to see items like Thai flower dumplings, Northern & Southern-style curries and pad Thai. As for dessert, look for mango sticky rice and coconut ice cream. (Explore the entire menu here.)

With a 4.5-star rating out of 11 reviews on Yelp so far, Kin Dee has already made a good impression.

Eric C., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on May 19, wrote, "Very modern and stylish Thai restaurant with great service and attentive staff. The dishes and silverware were really nice and unique... we wanted to take some dishes home!"

And Tam P. wrote, "Came here on a whim on a weekday night and was welcomed with wide-open arms. Customer service was spot on and so were the presentation and taste of the four dishes that we ordered."

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Kin Dee is open from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. and 5–10 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.–3 p.m. and 5 p.m.–midnight on Friday, 11 a.m.–midnight on Saturday and 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on Sunday.
