Kitty, domestic shorthair and Russian blue mix
Kitty is a female domestic shorthair and Russian blue mix being kept at 13th St Cats.
Kitty wants all your attention: She'll need a home free of other cats and children. Kitty is already spayed and vaccinated. Good news: She's already house-trained.
Here's what Kitty has to say:
My name is Kitty and I am young, playful, yet very delicate cat. My all time favorite toy is a wand, but I also like to chase little plush mice too. I have an electronic fish, but it scares me a bit. I like to hang around and talk to my humans, as well as alone time in my "nest." I don't disturb them in the morning and patiently wait for them to wake up and play with me. I enjoy being pet and getting brushed, but I'm not a huge fan of being picked up.

Rose, tabby mix
Rose is a female tabby mix currently housed at 13th St Cats.
Her vaccinations are already up to date, and she's spayed. She has mastered her house-training etiquette.
From Rose's current caretaker:
Rose was surrendered to the shelter by her owner of 12 years when they needed to move. She was very overweight; unable to groom herself and seemed to have been neglected. She was on the rescue list for awhile before one of our volunteers offered to take her from the shelter; foster her and work with her issues. She really is a very sweet girl without a mean bone in her body. She loves to be pet and especailly likes belly rubs! We have been trying to get her to move around more and has been on a special diet since she came to us. She is looking for a home that can continue to nurture her and help her get to a more normal weight.

Pelusa, domestic mix
Pelusa is a female domestic mix currently residing at The Dancing Cat.
Pelusa is a social butterfly — she's happy to keep company with other cats. Pelusa is spayed.
Here's what Pelusa's friends at The Dancing Cat think of her:
Pelusa is a beautiful fur ball with a spunky personality! This gal needs to be the center of your attention — so much so that she'll sometimes nip at your hands to get it. For this reason, Pelusa's adopters need to be aware of this behavior and need to understand how to handle it gently. She responds well to an "Ouch" and non-action. Pelusa enjoys playing, lounging, and observing the world from a nice perch. Pelusa will be devoted to her humans, as long as her humans are equally devoted to her!
