2 Shot Dead in a Car Wreck in Vallejo

In an incident shrouded in enigma and whiff of tragedy, police officers in Vallejo, California found themselves grappling with a crime scene far more sinister than they initially estimated; to be exact, a report of a mundane car crash turned out to be a double homicide scene on Monday, according to SFGate.

The officers, upon arriving at the 300 block of Alhambra Avenue just before 8:30 p.m responding to a traffic collision, found two men - each suffering a gunshot wound. Promptly, the medics were beckoned to the scene, who swiftly transported the victims to a local hospital for urgent medical intervention, but despite their best efforts, the two men were pronounced dead, as per the Vallejo Police Department's account.

The names of the men, for now, are being withheld and to be disclosed only after informing the next of kin.
