Run by chef-owners DuyAn and Hieu Le, Hết Sẩy blends the couple's Southern Vietnamese heritage with a modern twist, pushing the boundaries of traditional Southern Vietnamese foodways in their farmers market pop-ups according to their website. They source their ingredients from the Mekong Delta, as well as local markets, to bring their unique vision of Vietnamese cuisine to the Bay Area. With flavors as explosive as the colorful tents they operate in, these dishes are sure to leave you wanting more.

As reported by the Mercury News, Duy An and Hieu Le's Hết Sẩy has gained traction since its launch in 2020, becoming one of the few places to experience the flavors of the Mekong Delta in the Bay. Their dedication to capturing the essence of Southern Vietnamese cuisine and modernizing it has even caught the attention of James Beard Award-winning chef Brandon Jew, who invited the couple to host a pop-up at his Moongate Lounge in San Francisco.

Starting this fall, Hết Sẩy plans to go mobile and broaden their reach throughout the Bay Area with a trailer. Can't wait until then? Don't worry, you can find them at the Rose Garden Farmers Market in San Jose every Saturday. Just keep an eye out for their unmistakable red and gold tent, a sight that signals the enticing flavors waiting to be discovered.
