Daylight Kidnapping in Oakland

A kidnapping incident in Oakland occured at 8:15 a.m. today, investigators are urgently seeking additional information to aid their quest in locating the suspect and victim, with the Oakland Police Department's Special Victims Unit heading the operation, according to an NBC Bay Area report.

The abduction, which took place on the 1000 block of East 15th Street, saw the culprit forcibly place the victim inside a vehicle before speeding away from the scene, as reported by the San Francisco Chronicle.
