In the early hours of Saturday, Livermore Police officers stopped a speeding white GMC Envoy near First and Scott Streets. According to the Livermore Police Department, the driver, identified as 37-year-old David Hutchinson of Modesto, was found to be on searchable probation and had a suspended driver's license.
