Before her disappearance, Conley had been staying at a friend's home on 163rd Avenue in San Leandro, CA, where she was last seen on the afternoon of July 16th, 2023. Mariah is described as having long brown puffy hair and brown eyes, standing at approximately 5'1" tall, weighing 156 lbs, and was last seen wearing a black puffy jacket, black and pink shirt, and dark jeans. It has been noted that Mariah is familiar with public transportation and had a cell phone with her, which she uses with Wi-Fi; however, there are no indications that she had any money with her, leading investigators to believe she may still be in the local area.
