On Monday morning in Oakland a young man's body was discovered near the recently opened luxury condominium building close to the Oakland Convention Center. According to KTVU, witnesses recall hearing a loud "thump" after the man appeared to either jump or fall from the building's roof.
Surveillance footage from a neighboring business captured the horrifying event, with the man's body falling onto the sidewalk. The luxury condominium's residents quickly made their way outside to provide assistance, unfortunately the young individual could not be saved. As reported by CBS News San Francisco, the man's severe injuries led to his passing.
Local authorities, arriving promptly at the scene, cordoned off the area and initiated the necessary investigative procedures. However, the specifics surrounding this incident remain clouded and virtually unknown, leaving many questions unanswered.
