In a startling incident in Chicago, a 13-year-old male was arrested and charged with one felony count of robbery armed with a firearm.
The juvenile offender had allegedly taken property at gunpoint from a 59-year-old male victim on Sunday, September 17th, according to the Chicago Police Department.
The offender was apprehended in the 5700 block of W. Huron St. He was palced into custody and charged with one felony count of Roberry armed with Firearm.
