The city of Alameda invites job seekers to their 9th annual Autumn Job Fair on September 26 from 2-4 PM at the South Shore Shopping Center.
Featuring over 25 employers and over 100 open positions across several industries such as education, e-commerce, recreation, and retail, the job fair highlights the diversity of job opportunities that Alameda and nearby cities can offer to motivated job seekers in the area.
According to the city of Alameda, prominent employers participating in the job fair include Alameda Unified School District, Amazon, Bay Area Music Project, Bladium Sports & Fitness, Federal Express, Ridgemont Hospitality (Hampton Inn & Suites and Home2 Suites in Alameda), Safeway, and many more regional and local employers.
The city encourages attendees to bring resumes and dress in interview-appropriate attire, to demonstrate their professionalism and readiness to seize opportunities.
The Job Fair is co-sponsored by the City of Alameda, the South Shore Shopping Center, Alameda County Social Services Agency, and the Alameda Chamber of Commerce.
