One such venture coming soon to the residents of Coronado is the Cal-Am Water line replacement project, starting next week and lasting until February, which will affect parking and traffic in several areas. According to Coronado's official website, impacted areas include Star Park Circle, Loma Avenue, the 1000 block of Flora Avenue, and small portions of Orange and Isabella Avenues, as well as Ocean Boulevard.
On-street parking will be affected by the construction work, as notification signs are being placed in each work zone. While the traffic control may vary day to day, the city council pleads to the citizens: "Please use caution when driving through the work zones."
