Chicago Man Wounded in Late-Night Gunfire

A 26-year-old male was walking on the sidewalk of 5100 block of S. Michigan earlier today, around 12:31 a.m., when he heard gun shots, according to the official incident report.

The man, who felt pain in his left arm, was caught in the crossfire and rushed to the University of Chicago Medical Center in fair condition.

As of now there is no one in custody.
