The season of pumpkin spice lattes and golden leaves is upon us in Castro Valley as the Castro Valley Fall Festival announced today. Castro Valley Boulevard between Santa Maria Avenue and Redwood Road will be closed from the evening of September 8th until the evening of September 10th. A detour has been set up via Jamison Way to accommodate the event-related road closure, and motorists have been advised to plan alternate routes should they prefer to avoid any potential traffic congestions.
Although the road closures and detours may temporarily inconvenience some commuters, the Castro Valley Fall Festival serves as a cherished annual event that brings the community together to celebrate the transition into the cooler months.
