The people of East Boston and the Boston Police Department (BPD) came together earlier this week, to celebrate the unveiling of a new community art mural. Located in Central Square, East Boston, the mural brilliantly captures the essence of the area's diverse spirit and serves as an emblem of hope and togetherness according to the BPD news release.
The District A-7 (East Boston) Captain Dean Bickerton and the officers of the A-7 Community Service Team expressed immense appreciation for the beautiful artwork which took months to complete.
As the East Boston community and BPD continue to work hand in hand for the betterment of their neighborhood, the unveiling of this new art mural marks an important milestone.
