Two residential burglary suspects in Cupertino were arrested Friday after a car chase that ended with a collision on Interstate Highway 880 near Mowry Avenue in Fremont, according to a Patch report.
The Santa Clara County Sheriff's deputies managed to intercept and arrest the suspects, Raul Cruz and Gustavo Ayala, in just a matter of hours.
In this Cupertino case, the suspects led law enforcement on a chase, eventually colliding with another vehicle on the I-880 freeway.
The driver of the other vehicle suffered non-life-threatening injuries, as The Mercury News reported.
The stolen items in this case were high-end purses, watches, and jewelry, as reported by Patch.
